Customer support
We emailed PlayOJO's Ontario support on October 14, 2026, with the same four questions we sent other sites. We got an answer 16 hours 47 minutes later. Support confirmed Interac deposits but didn't say whether you can withdraw by Interac. It said PlayOJO aims to process withdrawals within a few hours, that you set deposit limits in your account and an increase may take 24 hours, and that it accepts a passport, driving licence or national identity card, usually checked within 12 hours. Support said PlayOJO charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, but its banking page says some payment options have deposit fees, so check the cashier.
