bet365 lists Interac withdrawals at one to four hours, and says it aims to process card and wire withdrawals within two hours of your request. Money you deposit by Interac is paid back by Interac.

Safer play tools
Every regulated Ontario site must let you set deposit and loss limits by the day, week or month, take a break of one day to three months, and self-exclude. If you raise or remove a limit, the change waits at least 24 hours. Every regulated site is also covered by iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion program, which lets you exclude yourself from all of them at once (AGCO Standards 2.13, 2.14, 2.23 and 2.24).

Customer support
We emailed bet365's support on October 14, 2026, with the same four questions we sent other sites. We got an answer 2 days and 8 hours later. Instead of answering our Interac question, support sent a link to bet365's payments pages. It said you can set a deposit limit when you register, before your first deposit, and that an increase has to be confirmed after 24 hours. bet365 accepts a driving licence, ID card, passport, residence permit or visa, and aims to review uploaded documents within 15 minutes. It charges no deposit or withdrawal fees.
