Paying in and cashing out
You can deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa or Mastercard (including prepaid cards), or Apple Pay in the Betty app. Start Interac transfers on Betty's site, then confirm them in your bank. They usually arrive in 5 to 40 minutes. Prepaid card deposits are capped at $250 over seven days.
You can withdraw to Interac e-Transfer or a Visa card in your name. Mastercard can't be used for withdrawals. Each withdrawal can be up to $9,999. After Betty approves a withdrawal, Interac can take up to 24 hours to reach your bank, and Visa up to three business days.

Betty has an iPhone app, and Apple Pay deposits are available in it. Make sure you download the Ontario app, published by Betty.ca.
Safer play tools
Every regulated Ontario site must let you set deposit and loss limits by the day, week or month, take a break of one day to three months, and self-exclude. If you raise or remove a limit, the change waits at least 24 hours. Every regulated site is also covered by iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion program, which lets you exclude yourself from all of them at once (AGCO Standards 2.13, 2.14, 2.23 and 2.24).
On Betty, you'll find deposit, loss and playtime limits under Account, then Responsible Gaming. You can take a break of one day to three months and still log in to withdraw. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years.

We emailed Betty on October 14, 2026, with the same four questions we sent other sites. We got an answer in 1 hour 13 minutes. Support said Interac works for deposits and withdrawals if it's registered in your own legal name and Autodeposit is turned on for your Interac email, and that withdrawals typically take up to 24 hours, depending on your bank. You can set a deposit limit once your account is open, and an increase waits 24 hours. Betty charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. It didn't say which ID it needs, only that it depends on your circumstances.
