Paying in and cashing out
LeoVegas' Ontario site shows Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and eCashout. It calls Interac its quickest cashout option, with Interac withdrawals of up to $4,000. Its FAQ also mentions Paysafecard, MuchBetter and Neosurf. Check the cashier for the methods available to you.

Safer play tools
Every regulated Ontario site must let you set deposit and loss limits by the day, week or month, take a break of one day to three months, and self-exclude. If you raise or remove a limit, the change waits at least 24 hours. Every regulated site is also covered by iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion program, which lets you exclude yourself from all of them at once (AGCO Standards 2.13, 2.14, 2.23 and 2.24).

Who runs it
Tigergen Limited, which LeoVegas says is a registered agent of iGaming Ontario, licensed by the AGCO under licence OPIG1337312. LeoVegas is listed in iGaming Ontario's directory for casino and sports betting.
Customer support
We emailed LeoVegas' Ontario support on October 14, 2026, with the same four questions we sent other sites. We got an answer in 31 minutes. Support said you deposit by Interac and withdraw by Interac or eCashOut, and that e-Transfer withdrawals are "often instant" but can take up to five business days if there's a problem with the payment provider. You can set a deposit limit before your first deposit, and raising it takes 24 hours. LeoVegas accepts an identity card, driving licence or passport, but didn't say how long checks take. Support told us LeoVegas charges no fees of its own, then quoted a term (section 16.8) that lets it charge 5% when you withdraw $10 or more of deposited money that was never played.
