DraftKings' Canadian help centre has a guide to depositing with Interac. Its Ontario terms say you withdraw through the Withdrawal option in your account and are paid in your home currency. The cashier shows which methods you can use.

Safer play tools
Every regulated Ontario site must let you set deposit and loss limits by the day, week or month, take a break of one day to three months, and self-exclude. If you raise or remove a limit, the change waits at least 24 hours. Every regulated site is also covered by iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion program, which lets you exclude yourself from all of them at once (AGCO Standards 2.13, 2.14, 2.23 and 2.24).
DraftKings' Ontario terms let you set limits, suspend your account for at least 72 hours, or self-exclude through DraftKings or iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion program.

Who runs it
Crown DK CAN Ltd., which DraftKings' Ontario terms say operates under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. DraftKings Casino and DraftKings Sportsbook are both listed in iGaming Ontario's directory.
Customer support
We emailed DraftKings on October 14, 2026, with the same four questions we sent other sites. We got an answer in 14 minutes. Support confirmed that you can deposit and withdraw by Interac, that you can set a deposit limit before your first deposit and that DraftKings charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. It gave no time frames: withdrawal and ID-check times "may vary", and it didn't say how long raising a limit takes. For ID, it said you may need a valid Canadian government-issued photo ID that shows your current address.
