How Interac works on casino sites
You start an Interac deposit in the site's cashier and finish it with your bank. Betty, for example, says to start each Interac deposit on its site and then confirm it in your bank.
Withdrawals come back to you as an Interac e-Transfer. theScore Bet, for example, says withdrawals have a 24-hour review period, and with Autodeposit turned on at your bank, the money then arrives within an hour at the latest. Without Autodeposit, you answer a security question through your bank to accept it.
Interac doesn't set your limits. It says e-Transfer limits are set by your financial institution, and any fees depend on your bank too.

How long Interac withdrawals take
Two things decide how fast you're paid: the site's own review, then the transfer to your bank. Here's what the sites publish:
- 888casino lists two to four business days in total for Interac withdrawals. It processes requests within one business day, and you can cancel one during that time. Our 888casino withdrawals guide covers every method.
- bet365 lists Interac withdrawals at one to four hours.
- theScore Bet has a 24-hour review period. With Autodeposit, the money then reaches your bank within an hour at the latest.
- Betty says Interac can take up to 24 hours to reach your bank after it approves a withdrawal.
- BetMGM says Interac e-Transfers arrive within eight hours after its internal review, and that withdrawals typically take 3 to 5 business days for internal processing.

Getting your money faster
- Turn on Autodeposit. Interac says Autodeposit puts e-Transfers straight into your bank account without a security question. You set it up in your bank's online or mobile banking, usually in the Interac e-Transfer settings.
- Deposit the way you want to be paid. 888casino pays withdrawals back to your Visa credit card or Interac e-Transfer first, and bet365 says money deposited by Interac is paid back by Interac. Jackpot City says withdrawals generally go back the same way, and BetMGM says you might need to withdraw by the method you deposited with. If you want withdrawals by Interac, deposit by Interac too.
- Have your details ready. Ontario's rules require sites to validate your name, date of birth and address before your account opens, so complete that step carefully when you sign up. Our guide to location and ID checks walks through it.
- Check your bank's limits. Your bank sets your e-Transfer limits and any fees, so check them before a large deposit.
Fees
bet365 says Interac deposits are free, and theScore Bet says it doesn't charge withdrawal fees. PlayOJO says some of its payment options have deposit fees. Your bank may also charge for e-Transfers: Interac says fees depend on your financial institution.
Keep it in check
Fast deposits make it easy to spend more than you planned. Set a deposit limit when you sign up: every regulated site must let you set limits for 24 hours, 7 days and one month. Our guide to limits and self-exclusion explains each tool.
Questions
Which Ontario online casinos take Interac?
Almost every regulated site we review mentions Interac in its payment information, including 888casino, bet365, Betty, LeoVegas, Caesars, BetMGM, DraftKings, PlayOJO and Jackpot City. Check each site's cashier for the methods you can use.
How long does an Interac withdrawal take?
It depends on the site's review and on your bank. bet365 lists one to four hours and 888casino lists two to four business days, while BetMGM says withdrawals typically take 3 to 5 business days for internal processing before its Interac e-Transfer is sent.
Do I need Autodeposit?
No, but it helps. Without it, you answer a security question to accept each transfer, and theScore Bet says unanswered transfers expire after seven business days and go back to your account.
